Promotional Event Vouchers

This voucher was issued as part of a promotional event and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Voucher Terms & Conditions
Voucher is valid towards treatments and services only.
Voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refund.
Voucher is valid until 31 October 2027.
Limited to one voucher per client.
Treatments and services are subject to availability and advance booking may be required.
Voucher must be presented at the time of redemption.
Voucher may be transferred to another person but may only be redeemed once.
Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, package, subsidised treatment, or voucher.
If the value of the treatment or service exceeds the voucher amount, the balance must be paid by the client.
Any unused balance remaining after redemption will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply.
Lost, stolen, damaged, copied, or altered vouchers will not be replaced.
LumaDoc reserves the right to refuse redemption where fraud or misuse is suspected and to amend these terms and conditions where necessary.

General

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate, some items may occasionally become unavailable. If there is an issue with your order or stock availability, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and colours accurately; however, slight variations may occur.

Certain products available for purchase online are prescription-only products. If you place an order for a prescription-only item, you will be required to complete a consultation with us before your order can be approved and dispatched. This consultation is necessary to ensure the product is suitable for you and that we can legally issue and prepare the prescription where appropriate. We reserve the right to refuse supply where we determine that a product is not suitable or safe.

Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are added at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within Ireland only. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €7 per order.

Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days, subject to stock availability. Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or high demand periods.

Orders will be dispatched once all items are in stock and ready for shipment. Prescription-only products will only be dispatched once the required consultation has been completed and approved.

Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging where applicable. Refunds will be processed once returned goods have been received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. You can also return items by calling into our clinics in Fitzwilliam Place or Monkstown.

Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, certain items — including prescription products — may be non-returnable unless faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where relevant so we can resolve the issue promptly.
